My period was 27th June- 3rd July. And I started BO soon. In the follicular phase, 4th July- 11th July, my breasts had gone shrunk. And I had ovulation bleeding 3 days. After my luteal phase starting, my nipples are responding again!!
Today, the 30th day of my cycle, I still feel paining.
I love BO!! I will continue to take!!
But if you have PCOS, you must treat BO very carefully.
I wonder “how to cycling with BO” and “whether BO is permanent or not.” Because I have PCOS. It is terrible to handle hormonal balance.
Here is my 4th month's plan
**************************************
---in follicular phase
BO 1000mg
pituitary 80mg(swanson's 2 drugs)
reish mushrooms 2 pills
grape fruit juice 1 cup
(Sometimes) deer antler velvet for IGF-1
---in luteal phase
SAME
This month, I didn't apply PC. Because I don't know the proper amount for me.
********************************************
deer anlter velvet is made of a few of IGF-1.
And I sometimes take colostrum!!! It is very good for hair loss!
4 days after I took it, the hair loss decreased noticablly
I think if you don't know the PC's moderate quantities , it won't work after second month. (Actually, I saw the effect only first month. And then they were gone!!)
I wish I could see "permenant results" with BO inspite of my menstruation ending.
But since I start BO, I only saw swelling on my luteal phase.
I desire to know "Why people say that BO is more permanent?".
Because I think it seems to be more friendly with P.
And I think when P going down (menstruation start), breasts goes shrunk.
Why do you think BO is permanent?
Please tell me....
