Losing weight can come with breast shrinkage so I'm not sure it would be easy to do both at the same time. As somebody on the slimmer side (metabolism), I have to have gotten best results from a calorie rich diet to gain fat to go to my breasts while doing NBE at the same time. I think the main reason that I originally had little progress in NBE for my first 2 years was due to not having this calorie surplus.  Everybody's body works different though, if somebody else here did it then I hope you can find what works for you.
