Feeling very demotivated lately. I feel like I've stopped making progress and my poor attempt at cleavage looks so much worse in clothing than I had hoped.

Wow, how things have changed in the past few days.

I woke up this morning and I was shocked! I had... visible areola growth. I've always had very small nipples, the areola barely extending past the nipple itself, and I was insecure about them. This morning for the first time ever they have visibly grown, there is a nice pink ring around them!

I was totally shocked looking at this in the mirror, it was almost weird to see it on myself.

I struggle to see my breast size changes, probably the BDD, but this was something my eyes couldn't lie to me about. And it triggered me to notice and give some positive appreciation to my breasts. They HAVE been growing and I made some GREAT cleavage this morning!
