So as some may know I have had really good success so far with my current program however I am planning on testing out a course of daily PM nipple cream application (similar to BO nipple cream) following Miss Mad Scientists and SweetO's threads and advices along with my daily intake of my herbs/supplements and massage with my herbal infused oil. So today I mixed aloe vera gel(just a cheap brand here in Australia) with a capsule or two of PM, wiped over my nipples with pure rubbing alcohol to erase the keratin plug and applied, let dry slightly then apply a nipple cover and WOW did this swell my nipples/areolas or what!? Even my partner was like "omg woah is that bad to do that" lmao!! My nipples are sore aswell.... This is an interesting experiment and I will continue to test this transdermal method out however I am super curious to try the BO nipple cream both SweetO and Missmadscientist did and had success with as this method involves both E and progesterone and will allow me to test out BO without all the worries I have of intaking it however..... I CANNOT FIND BO ANYWHERE!?? I literally have scoured ebay, amazon and multiple other sites to no avail either products are currently unavailable, out of stock, or upwards FROM $100 for 60 capsules smh so my question is where does everyone get theirs? I need it in capsules TIA!
