Afternoon: 1x 200mg bio identical progesterone capsule
4x 1000mg FSO capsules
Night: 2x 430mg BO/Uterine
1x 500mg PM capsule
I was doing my nightly massage with rotations, fat brushing and so on last night and I did it much more intensely, slower and really getting into the glands in the chest wall, armpit glands and so on and I noticed serious sensitive and sore nipples today! I am thinking a slower more focused massage instead of a fast one leads to a more intense stimulation of the mammary glands, surrounding glands and breast tissue!
