Update time! My top tissue growth is insane since starting BO with PM, herbal oil massage with rotations and fat transfer massage  plus my bio progesterone to clear things out regularly, like seriously I can make cleavage up to just below my collar bone now just by pushing my boobs together with my arms, 34DD is overflowing even more cutting into my breast tissue at top of cup and nipples exposed Im so proud of my boobs like omg they are so jiggly so huge gahhh!! A 36DD bra (which is a big volume difference to a 34DD fyi) I had lying around also cuts into my boob abit. My man is so shocked with my growth hes always saying "look at those things they are huge" lmao needless to say its a confidence boost. So what am I doing? Still much the same, bio progesterone, PM, BO, rotations and fat transfer massage from sides, back and armpits with my diy herbal infused oil(scroll back to see what it consists of and how I do it), Cinnamon capsules for metabolism support and increasing body temp + naturally increasing levels of estradiol in body, FSO capsules, Vit D capsules, Vit B12 and trying to increase my protein from non meat sources
