Theres no scientific backing behind whether you should or shouldnt take PM with BO its just girls making their own conclusions infact I have seen many have great progress from using PM products with BO. BUT and this is a big BUT you must be using progesterone to keep things balanced and regulated preferably pharmaceutical grade bio identical progesterone since synthetic is not so healthy for you and the natural stuff like wild yam Ive heard cant actually be absorbed/converted progesterone wise atleast thats what Ive read. Whether you are cis or trans progesterone is VITAL estrogen alone is not enough to build everything (breast tissue, ducts, areolas etc) too often I see girls with lil to no areolas but boobs and its not natural, progesterone and estrogen work in sync together atleast thats what my endo of 30 years background would say. Anyways Im rambling lol GL x
