I take my temperature every morning because I also practice Fertility Awareness Method and interestingly, my body temp has been higher than usual for this point in my cycle the past 2 days, as warm as I am post ovulation. I wonder if the massage is why. I can't think of any other reason my temperature would be higher - the only other thing I've ever noticed warmed me up is pueraria mirifica and I'm not on it currently. Hopefully this indicates a hormonal response to the massage. Would you recommend anything else to stay warm? I'm in the tropics - maybe I should do less AC.
After reading through the forums a bit more I've decided I'm also going to incorporate Miss Mad Scientist's flax + soy regimen, and mint tea. This is very woo of me but I was in the grocery store the other day, before I knew of her regimen, and noticed flax and soy "randomly" out of the corner of my eye even though I actually avoid most legumes and seeds and don't usually even go in that aisle - so I'm going to take that as a sign lol.
