Sometimes I lose hope that NBE really works but really I need to remind myself how far it has gotten me.
Before:
- 32B
- Could not make cleavage even with extremely padded bras
- Wide set breasts
- Looks flat chested in clothing
After:
- 32D
- Can make cleavage with lightly padded bra
- Still wide set breasts but they look fuller near the middle
- Noticeable bumps in clothing
There is so much further that I want to go with my body but I need to remember my progress and journey. I have started NBE seriously in my mid 20s and it did more for me than puberty.
