Yes there is hope for you and your smart to begine loving your breast at your age. If you continue to love them they will love you back for many years.
Everybody is different in their makeup so there is no one recipe for success. Nutrition, exercise and lots of attention are required, and its a rewarding task.
This forum is a self help forum, mainly because there is no easy answer to growing your breasts. There is a lot of love and support here, but most of the hard work comes on your end.

The safest and easiest advice in the beginning is to try massage.
