I take the following each day after breakfast:

Flax, Fish and Borage Oils (800 mg each)
Fenugreek (500 mg)
Fennel (500 mg)
Dong Quai (500 mg)
Saw Palmetto (500 mg)
Wild Yam (500 mg)



My Stats

Age: 20
Height: 5'9
Weight: 125 lbs
Smoker

I massage twice a day with cocoa butter cream. I'm also trying to gain weight.

I stopped taking Dong Quai and Wild Yam a few days into my program. It just didn't feel right starting out that fast with so many different herbs.

Supplements:

Flax, Fish and Borage Oils (800 mg)
Fenugreek (500 mg)
Fennel (500 mg)
Saw Palmetto (500 mg)
Multi-vitamin


Massages:

I massage twice a day for not more than ten minutes. Here is one of the massages I use.

Exercise:

I try to work out my stomache and legs every other day with squats, lunges, sit ups, bicycle maneuvers and running.


Weight progress:

Have only maintained my current weight (120 lbs) at this point. Shooting for 135 lbs by November.
