Ha! I managed to squeeze in a long morning session this morning, about 1.5 hours with the "breath pump". I filled the Large domes after about 45 minutes, and kept the swelling fot the remaining 45 minuster, just letting the pressure go a few times and then pumping up again. Afterwards I had this great swelling and a lot of little red dots all over the boobs. I don't worry about this broken little blood vessels, as that usually happens when I have unusually good swelling and they do heal after a few days.
I've been good doing yoga or pilates about 30 min every day, resting a lot and trying not to stress...Drinking my protein drinks before going to bed and in the middle of the day.

I decided to take it easy on my broken bloodvessels and have only been doing 1 hour sessions in the evening, not putting too much prssure as I don't want new skin problems. The red little dots are slowly going away now, though.
I went to my GP yesterday to see if I could get a hormone test and a more thorough test for my thyroid. It was very embarrassing when I'd refuse taking my top of, insisting that the dr should put the stethoscope inside my t-shirt instead...I don't want to explain those ugly red rings on my chest! She felt my throat and said that she couldn't feel anything wrong with my thyroid, but I did get to take that TSH 4 or whatever it's called that I've already taken a number of times before.
All that embarrassment was for nothing because she didn't want to give me any test that I wanted. She said that if I have irragular periods I should go to a OB / Gyn and that they will do manual examination rather than giving me any blood tests, and considering I don't even want to take my top of...Fine! I'll just get myself a saliva hormone test on the internet!
I feel very frustrated at my lack of progress - I must have the most stubborn boobs on the planet but I'm not giving up.

What's up with my nipples?! I've been using the BB for almost 2 years and it's just the last few months that my nipples have been bothered. Now it's hurting so much when I do the BB sessions, that I've again had to cut down to 1 a day and at very low suction level = almost no swelling afterwards : ( I try to tape them down, and that helps a little, but still it hurts. I'm longing for that 12 + hours swelling that I haven't seen in months!

Cos' if you look at Tiger Lilys page, she's only been massaging her breasts & taking starflower capsules, as well as eating chicken-feet broth, but it seems the massage is the most important part & have a look at her pictures! She's made amazing progress, so hopefully the massager-things has the same sort of effect?... well, here's hoping anyway.

Before I started with the BB I did the Flat2Fab / Greenbush program and Mirifem cream without any success whatsoever (6 months each). I was told that since I am a vegan I would have no success with herbs, so I gave that up and only do the BB. I also tried dowsing, but I got all different answers all the time so I gave that up after a few weeks. I have also tried different hypnosis, but never make it through a week of doing it - it's hard to find that time undisturbed. I do eat 1-2 tbsp of Omega 3 oil every day and I recently started taking 1500 PU (whatever unit that is?!)Papain and 1200 GDU (again: what is that unit?!)Bromelain 2 times / day.
I have been using the BB about one hour every day, missing occasional days only. Note that I only do this in the evening, as I don't have a chance to do it any other time in the day. From what I understand, people have more success doing it in the morning. Also, my stress levels continue to be high in spite of all efforts to scale down, which probably doesn't help...

They are not going to diagnose any hormonal abnormality from an embarassing gynae exam! You need a blood test, if they won't do it go somewhere else. I didn't have any joy with my regular doctor so I went elsewhere and they tested everything and did a pevic ultrasound, I found out after about 10 years of being fobbed off that I do actually have PCO which I've been asking about for years and now I'm on meds for it. These problems can leave you with acne scarring, follicles that are permanently altered to produce thick black male hairs and infertile. I was asked to have a gynae exam and when I asked them why the response was 'to get a full picture', they're just going through the motions. I think it's fine if you've gone there complaining of localised pain or irregular bleeding or something else to suggest polyps or something but there aren't any hormones up there to feel! Hope you get it sorted xx

What's up with my nipples?! I've been using the BB for almost 2 years and it's just the last few months that my nipples have been bothered. I've been reading around on the website, and although I've only been doing the BB for a month, I've just bought a breast massager on eBay which cost £7 = $14. Apparently some people have been having some success with stimulating their breast tissue. + I've also bought some magnets, that Kieyah uses, which apparently also do something to your breast tissue and helped her breasts become firmer.
