Comments/advice welcome

After the 1st week i decided to add...
starflower oil x 1 before bed
multi vitamin with iron x 1 before bed
protein shakes x 1 per day (if i can)

ive also decided to double my massages to 2x 10 mins per day.

week 2-3 i noticed a 1cm increase! and each boob seems to be 1cm wider across. im more happy with how they look they seem to of filled out width wise more than outwards and look so much nicer already! and they are so painful to touch!

just a little note to myself- today is exactly 4 weeks on wonderup. boobs were less tender yesterday and today hope thats not a bad sign. Also i must remember to take an updated pic tomorrow and compare to my before pic and post (for the 1st time)if there is a difference!

Yeh im happy so far wasnt sure if any thing would happen b/c i have no idea what my hormonal imbalance might be or if i have one at all but i seem to be responding.

You're lookin' pretty good. Seems Wonderup is working very well for you. I also read that you used Zoft. I didn't like it very much myself. And especially hated how it would start to break apart and get mushy in my mouth after chewing. Bleh!

Anyhow, you're off to a great start. Just be diligent and I'm sure you'll reach your goal!

hi,shyboobs and thanks . I loved the taste of zoft gum and it didnt really break apart either...but i think they changed it recently so depending on how long since you used it, that might be why..

I was super sore today very tender to touch i measured last night and i was 83cm-83.5cm.!! whoo hoo i so hope this keeps working, my life will chane so much!!

I added sesame seeds to my boobie growing project yesterday just a small palm full which i tried to grind up to make it easier to digest. Still measuring 83cm

O h i forgot to say i also used a heat pad for first time last night (actually its kinda like a bean bag which you put in the microwave and then into your slippers) .

Wow- had my first period today since starting wonderup it was really painful!! loads of cramps and lower back pain and i dont usually get any pain at all. Pretty much all my tenderness has gone too. Still keeping up the sesame seeds but only used the heat pads twice.
Everything else is exactly the same except maybe trying to massage a little more on the smaller one
