upped milk thistle to 3 caps at a time.. lots of milk thistle
added back st john's wort twice daily at 575 mg
added back flax oil 500 mg x 3/day
added alfalfa 1000 mg x 3/day
added gingko 40 mg x 2/day
been miserable lately; done with the work-related stress; created tons of relationship stress... broken out... weight at 126 (which is neither good nor bad)... going on the trip on tue... i hope i haven't done irreparable damage to the relationship but i won't find out til after the trip.. transition off st john's was rough... going back on it since i'm not sure if i can handle him being distant as he is now, and be sufficiently cheerful on the trip, and not bottle myself in... well... all i can do at this point is do the best i can from now on..

equivocal info out there on burdock; not sure whether to ditch it or not - some sources say it decreases blood estrogen (at the same time being an estrogen precursor - go figure) though it's apparently great for breasts in general, improving lymph drainage, decreasing fibrocysts etc
ditto with holy basil - not sure whether to ditch it or not... it decreases estrogen for sure but it also reduces stress, and i'm reading that stress causes HIGH estrogen and therefore estrogen-dominance.. and it's obvious enough that stress is bad for breast growth... i'm not super stressed now but i do tend towards anxiety... not sure if i'd do better with or without
maybe i'll try hops for anxiety, hehe
will try to (very gradually, this time!@!) reduce sjw
the current plan is to futz minimally; i think i'm going to try adding one herb per cycle (alfalfa, i think, and then licorice) and above all be patient as it seems like most quick changes aren't lasting but very gradually and through ups and downs something does change.
i'm hopeful because there are slight/subtle cognitive changes that go on for me at the same time and i believe the shape of the body has lots to do with one's self-perception and general outlook.
it's also encouraging that, while the formula vanity has received bad reviews, i did, in fact, have noticeable growth while on it for ~4 months (though after not taking it for a while it went away) - it tells me that i have pretty good growth potential
the other thing, breaks seem to be a good thing - perhaps something like 3.5 cycles on and 1/2 cycle off? or maybe try a more thorough break of a cycle and a half next time?

not having that good a luck this cycle (for a dozen potential reasons why :-\), though it does look like i have about half an inch lasting growth so far.
started incorporating some of the grow yours massage techniques, to be seen how much of those i'll end up doing. i'm not so sure i'm into the whole semi-permanent lactation idea, but i will see how it goes.
