wonder what caused some of the shrinkage at the end of last cycle (when everything should be bigger, not smaller!) - took ginseng for maybe a week instead of ginkgo... took nettle leaf for maybe 3 days right before the period... was a bit disappointed to be regular size, instead of bigger, on sunday before the period, esp since there was a big social occasion. oh well, next time.
massage-wise trying to do more or pansyclub's kind; don't like grow yours idea at all. doing some push-ups now and again.

feel a bit plumper with blessed thistle and licorice, though of course it's only been a couple of days and it's too early to tell.
been swimming more, with more fast-paced efforts, as evidently it releases human growth hormone.
been doing more qigong, have to make sure to keep that up regularly

thinking of subbing fennel for wild yam, then again if the program works perhaps best not to mess with it

been working on cutting out (even more) sugar, and eating more nuts and seeds. really, besides the fact that i smoke (not daily, but often enough), drink (ditto), don't get enough sleep (6-8 hours on the average, could do nicely with an extra hour per night), and consume (not enormously high doses of) caffeine (mostly in the form of green tea, occasionally some coffee or black tea), i'm pretty disgustingly healthy, haha.
