*peanuts, walnuts.....we need some fat to make boobs grow.

ringworm is back... derm says it's eczema but i think he doesn't know what he's talking about.
strong indications of "damp heat", with symptoms of various skin ****e, IBS, hemorrhoids, moods such as anxiety, fatigue, irritability; coated tongue etc. will try to minimize alcohol. a number of "staple" foods should be minimized as well, specifically tofu, oils, nuts. wondering if some of the symptoms are due to bf's appt being prone to mold.

suspects:
- mold allergy aggravated by the weather
- a new qigong exercise i picked up for a specific health issue being somehow incompatible with the rest of the qigong i do
- any aromatherapy oil i've been using lately...
- addition of l-arginine?
i've also been having various skin issues, and have been moody/irritable which makes me think the mold is the culprit... we're getting a dehumidifier to help control the mold growth in the bathroom so i'm hoping this will help things..

tcm dr says smoking is bad, anything consumed by mouth is better. heh.
says meat is bad for me (good thing i don't eat it anyway), and that i should make sure to eat enough veg. gave me exercises for hemorrhoids (which causes my chi to leak) and digestion; should be able to improve all recent health issues by doing those. says i got "droopy chi", so i figure the exercises should improve the boob situation as well, as more chi will be going up to them, rather than drooping down, or worse yet leaking out. too bad i can't ask him directly, so which qigong exercises and/or foods are good _for me_ for boob growth?
little hope for significant improvement boobwise this cycle, as i stopped taking l-arginine only today (it was already in my pre-made packages and i wasn't going to try to sort through them to find which pill it was), and the unhelpful oils are already mixed into this batch of all my various lotions and ointments. will see how december goes, if nothing good happens will probly take a cycle-long break january-ish.

- been doing an impressive job of not smoking... had two shots of whiskey on sunday, very reasonable.
- been doing qigong religiously, daily, esp the exercises meant to raise my "droopy" chi. been also trying to make sure to send energy to the breasts daily.
- we did take steps to reduce humidity at the time of the previous update... hopefully this will continue to improve both our symptoms

ate cookies every day saturday through tuesday, then decided it wasn't a good idea
still not smoking - we'll see how long this lasts
been noticing that i def have less cellulite now (looking at my thighs almost thought i lost some weight but it's still the same at around 128). either the skin brushing is kicking in, or all the qigong i do.
still battling the skin infections - incredibly persistent... wondering if it'd help if i stopped drinking alcohol, like, altogether. might not be very realistic.

drank (moderately) and smoked (less moderately) over the 4-day weekend.
been consistent about qigong and sending energy to the breasts (given that it's much easier to do later in the cycle). seems that if i spend 10 minutes each day concentratedly sending energy i should be able to maintain a lot of the fullness even during/after the period. will try to be very persistent about it, this time around.
