thought i'd also mention that i've been drinking soy milk pretty much daily; often with added hemp or brown rice protein. not sure if that's contributed to anything.
hemorrhoids issue much, much better in just a few days of doing the exercises properly... which, beside the hemorrhoids, really seem to tighten the lower abdomen and tuck in the tailbone for better posture (which, all in all, i am assuming, is allowing more chi to flow upwards where i want it)
haven't gone swimming in a week; spending more time on the qigong instead
still no sign of the period; i don't think i'm pregnant... although a very remote possibility of that does exist.

people have been telling me i smell like curry, which is i guess good because a consistent smell appeared only fairly recently and i guess that means the fenugreek is finally getting digested, absorbed, and circulated properly. though i'd prefer if people couldn't smell it on me.
