i feel like i'm in the same boat as you. my bras still fit the same, but if i lean forward a little bit, there seem to be more breast tissues than before. if i stand up straight, they still look flat 
. i haven't had nearly as much breasts sensations as you though, maybe only a few days total in the past 4-5 months.
