Alternative to Brava brand skin products

I have seen a few posts about using alternatives to the Brava skin products and was just hoping to get all the equivalents in one post for reference. I've been told to clean the system with pH neutral soap like Simple but what about substitutes for the prep wipes and how often do other people change the filters?

Don't know of a sub for dome cleaner or prep wipes, but heard you can sub Keri or Eucerin Calming Cream for lotion and baby shampoo for skin cleanser. Use a different filter for each day of week and rotate them. Mark each filter with day of week with a perm marker so that each filter has a week to dry out.

Baby shampoo works nicely on the domes aswell.

Or you can lather up with dove soap and wash the domes with the lather.
