Nice to meet you too and welcome to the forum. Although I am always a little unsure about breast increase and losing weight at the same time, as those two targets seem conflicting to me.

I would say successfully done by several women. However I think the process was more that practicing NBE while loosing weight was more of a two step process of maintaining breast size while loosing weight and then gaining breast size after.
