Hello,
Quick question from a fenugreek and saw palmetto user that started a few days ago. I went away today and forgot to take my pills for the day. Can I still take them tonight, like all in one? (it's 3 fenugreek and 4 saw palmetto) or should I just skip it and wait till tomorrow?
And does anybody know if it matters a lot if I miss this one day?
