I have another question if that’s okay!
I noticed something pretty strange recently: as I’ve said in the previous comment, I’ve recently lost some weight (only a couple of kilos though) because I started going to the gym more consistently after a 1,5 month break and my progress from herbs and PC was pretty much all gone.. I also stress a lot during the past 3 months and feel bloated everywhere on my body except for my chest lol. I also noticed that after I finish my workouts (I lift low weights and occasionally do HIT workouts) my chest kinda feels like it is reduced in size. I wonder if all this is just because of high cortisol and me being constantly stressed or is there another reason for that (like testosterone spikes after workouts or something?)? Is there something that you would recommend me for this? I’m already working on reducing stress and lowering cortisol, but I’m worried that there’s something else that I might miss here.
