Modifying the pressure would actually be simple. You just need an air control valve and that's very easy to fit. The problem is that if you're using the pump as a breast pump for extended use you would need to control the pressure very precisely and that's where the problem would lie. I mean the kind of kit that's used in aquariums isn't meant to measure pressure, it's just meant to vary the flow of air up or down according to what's best for your specific aquarium. You'd only have a vague idea of what pressure you were using, so I don't see how you could end up with something that's safe to use.
