Reverse effect
#1

Hi, I'm new and an 36A cup. I read a lot of contradicting stuff and would like some things elaborated.
First of all, I never had big boobs to begin with. An unfortunate pear shaped case I'd call it. I had either the choice between an Acup and size 4-6 or Bcup and size 8-10 (bottom half that is). Lately I haven't done anything special, but trying to get rid of my acne. With success I am finally clear, but my no dairy-sugar-red meat diet rich in fruits, vegetables, omega3 supplements and lean proteins apparently made my boobs less perky and a tad smaller. I notice they fit less in my hands. Just when I had always read that a protein rich diet promoted breast growth!?

Also, when you girl gain cup size doesn't it automatically mean you also gain weight elsewhere on your body? Nobody ever says they do when I read through the programs etc.

I've grown to accept my smaller bust, but I don't want them to get any smaller either. What's wrong? I don't get it.
I'm in tears now.
