Some women have reported acne breakouts from bee pollen which for me is a little scary, although others say it's supposed to help reduce acne.

I would defend pollen on this point, because I don't believe it generally causes acne. It may result in acne breakouts for a few women, but then the same thing happens with many other breast enhancement herbs. In most cases these herbs are actually beneficial for acne, but there are always a few women who get an opposite reaction. So I don't think pollen should get a bad reputation for this reason.
