Just introducing myself. I am a husband researching NBE methods and other non-surgical methods for breast enhancement for my wife. She has always wanted adequate breast and is stuck with 32A. I see how it affects her, not a lack of confidence in who she is as a person and knows herself to be, but a level of affecting her identity of being a woman. I suspect this feeling is not exclusive to her alone. She has wanted to get implants but I don't think that will be good long term and have tried to point toward natural methods (especially considering kids and breastfeeding in the future). I really believe natural methods can work and that this whole effort for increasing breast size is a fundamental engineering problem. The solution is out there, just have to figure it out! We aren't changing straw into gold afterall.

On a personal note, as I was suggesting natural methods for her and hoping she would believe it, I began a trial to see if I could enlarge my own anatomy: if I couldn't do it naturally, then it's pointless to convince her she could do it naturally. I've had great success and already grown a full 1 inch in length and 0.5 in circumference (girth) in a few months. If a penis can grow, gosh darn it, breast can to!

In my current research, vacuum systems like noogleberry make sense as a base level method but I am skeptical on all of the supplements, even the natural ones. I'll be researching and working through this forum to develop a solid method.

The Breast Engineer is on the problem, let's do this! (pun intended, ha!)

As one engineer to another (BSEE) and transwoman experimenting with ways of changing my tata size without surgery (yet) I have used Ainterol Pueraria Mirifica 500mg caps for a number of years off an on and can say that, for me, it works but slowly. I have also used sporadically a noogleberry with the typical temporary response. I am about 5'10 and 153# having lost about 35 since the beginning of 2023. Most of the breast size gain from pretty flat esp after weight loss has stayed with me. The net gain is an uneven 38 A on the left and 38AA on the right (arrgh!). The lack of symmetry may be due to the way the surgeon stitched me up after the 3xbypass done in 2017 - definitely not exactly centered and there is a definite difference in skin sensitivity from one side to the other .. whatever. I've got wot i've got and at least that's something that a push-up bra can work with.

Just ordered a evebra and also the DeRoyal pro II (ebay) mentioned elsewhere here and plan to continue using the ainterol ( suggested dose of 1000mg/day) at the same time. I will also use the evebra with varying/cycling suction/vacuum from 20mmhg up to somewhere above 30 and as high as I can make it and still sleep ok. If she is interested in the herb, or anything else really, I get it from Ibspot.com as they have proven reliable and reasonable $-wise.

Some background: As a part-time presenting transwoman, I started using the herb and got my intro to the idea of "pumping" from a blogger named Lucille Sorella about 5 years ago. Miz Sorella has made it her biz to advise folks like me on many of the aspects of attempting to present the "girl inside" in a respectful, thoughtful way and pass as well as can be with what's given. All of her advice is for MTF types and, as I recall, does comment that some of the ideas do not work as well for genetic women. By ideas I am talking about various of the herb combinations suggested. The actual breast enlargement program she has put together is called the "Flat to Fem" program and is quite comprehensive and well done.  As an obvious example of an herb that makes no sense for your lady, Saw Palmetto is one such. Other of the phyto-estrogen types may not be as effective for a person that makes their own. I/We should be so lucky... ;-)

Best of luck -- Jeanna Renee aka Robert McCoy Jr
