I don't think you should take the given quantities too literally. The 300mg is only supposed to be a minimum amount. Anyway if you search for 'fenugreek 50% saponins' you should be able to find plenty of relevant brands.

Oh, I see. I didn't know that it was a "baseline" of the suggested amount. For Vitex, what does it mean by top heavy or bottom heavy? Is that in reference to if you have a larger bust or larger butt?
