I think to start with you have to decide whether pumping is an option, which really depends on whether you could commit to the number of hours required. If pumping is ruled out, then it's largely a matter of what to take and if you're a beginner a general herbal program looks like the best choice. I don't think you should take pueraria mirifica or bovine ovary unless you're sure about it and really sold on the idea.
I'm so sorry for replying late I had to look into other post. (I might be wrong but so far I've seen something like)
- 3,000 mg MSM
- 1,500 mg freeze dried aloe. Skip if too difficult to find and/or expensive. Which are common problems outside the U.S. and Canada. It has major benefits but isn’t critical.
- 320 mg saw palmetto extract
- 2,400 mg 50% saponin shatavari extract. Start with 1,200 mg for at least 4 days. It is 600 mg then 1200 mg saponins, so 1,500-3,000 mg 40% saponins or 2,400-4,800 25% saponins also works, etc. Do not use if you have hypoglycemia (nor fenugreek). I suppose I can use this since I don't have "hypoglycemia"?
- 250 mg pueraria mirifica for the first 14 days of your cycle, where day 1 is the start of your period. Bulk powder or breaking capsules in half can be handy. Start at the beginning of your cycle, at least 4 days after 2,400 mg shatavari. If starting large chested, more PM may be ok early on. See below under “more detailed nbe program” for a list of good brands. Or see which were good for others in the past in the sub or a forum. Many other brands of PM may not be any good (unlike other supplements). If it’s an extract, use 1/4 the maximum suggested amount to start instead.
- 75 mg progesterone cream for the last 10 days of your cycle, right before your period. Stop the PC when the 10 days are up or your period starts, whichever comes first. One with 75 mg per pump may be the most convenient. Start the same cycle that you start PM. See detailed program notes below if using BC. If starting large chested, more PC may be ok early on. 150 mg PC with 500 mg PM for example, or 300 mg PC with 1000 mg PM. Later you might adjust PC up or down depending on what works best.
- Optionally, at least 15 min massage twice a week might boost supplement benefits via added circulation, even if it’s not enough massage to give much growth by itself.
Then there's other things like massaging 10 minutes a day, you could either use coconut oil, lavender, squalane or safflower.
Also pumping every other day increasing pressure tolerance slowly, basically pumping with slight to mild discomfort 12 minutes 4 times taking 2-3 minutes break in between. (This has been stated to work although it takes constant effort. Which I'm not sure I can promise considering I'm busy with training and all)
There's also things like galactaglogue herbs or pills and bovine mammary for growth although it seems both induce lactation so I don't really want to do this
I guess, I was wondering if taking the upper part of the list MSM and saponin with massaging and inconsistent pumping would achieve results or do I need to take the stuff at the bottom part like pueraria mirifica although I don't want to take progesterone cream as it seems like it can mess with your hormones. Also does areola size increase with breast growth, so far all my searching around the web indicates a 50/50.
