Nobody can give you a definite answer to that question. You see it all depends on the condition of your beast skin. If your skin is quite tight then it will stretch as the breast gets bigger and the areola will therefore get bigger too. Remember that the areola is part of your skin and accordingly may well stretch along with the skin. But if your skin isn't so tight then an increase in breast size will just tend to fill out the existing skin more, and because in this case the skin doesn't stretch the areolas don't get any bigger either. So some will get bigger areolas when their breast size increases whereas with others the size of the areolas simply doesn't change with breast size. In other words, what happens is basically down to you as an individual and that's why unfortunately there just isn't a straight yes or no answer to this query.
