I don't quite understand what you mean by "sold on the idea"?

By "sold on the idea" I mean being fully persuaded by the expected benefits of a plan or a proposal.

Apologies for the late reply, I think I'm sold but then there's some who state how you have to take a hormone test first before taking things like PM, fenugreek and such. But others say you don't need. So I'm not really sure do you just take it at the mg that people typically state and slowly work your way up without taking a hormone test first or is it important to take the test first?
