I would be mindful of this routine in that it utilises both soy(which is one of the much weaker phytoestrogens, hops, pm and red clover are the strongest 3) and flaxseed which according to studies/Lotus acts as an anti estrogen in many(but estrogenic in some). This routine may work for some but for alot it will make you pack on weight all over which isn't a good thing for NBE as true NBE gains come from supps/weight gain in the breasts not purely from weight gain all over, so if you aren't super slim I'd be alil cautious if you aren't looking to gain weight all over.
