I also take my own estrogen, progesterone and some testosterone. I’m over 50 and don’t produce enough of my own!
my levels are on different units here in the USA so i spent some time on a conversion calculator and figured out:
My estrogen is about 65% of yours
My testosterone is about 25% of yours
Everything else you tested I don’t have records for on my side.
I can supplement my T with testosterone gel, but I’m not doing that during my NBE. For me having T helps with sleep and in the bedroom, but those two things seem good for me without supplement at the moment. So my T level is low for a woman my age. My test result lists a range for premenopausal women that I’m not quite to the lower cut off for right now. I think as long as I’m not having other negative effects of low T, that i’ll keep it low for now for NBE i guess.
I considered domperidone and i saw others who posted about mild use to kinda half lactate in cycles and grow your boobs that way. Like kinda using the milk production size like pumping size kinda? I think the idea was half lactate for size and let the fat grow in like low pressure long term vac and then repeat? I don’t know who the user was who tried that, i think i read it on reddit. I could only find one person though and they were also pumping and taking other supplements, so to me that was inconclusive.
All other data i could find (other than this one story) was that lactation size went away when you stopped lactating, so i didn’t try it with domperidone. I did do about 10 weeks of induction with a breast milk pump about a year ago. I got a little size boost, but it went away. Pumping without supplemental prolactin was really hard and super time consuming.
i’ll look into the estrogen implants you have and i also have a yearly endocrinologist appointment soon. I’m so used to injecting weekly now though for the last couple years and i like the control because i can self hack it pretty easily. My doctor has me at a target estrogen of about half of yours now. I wonder if that’s because of my age? I’ve self hacked it up a little bit for NBE.
I wish womens health were more understood and that standard levels were easier to get prescribed! A bunch of my girlfriends who are also my age have a heck of a time getting prescribed blood tests and hormones because dosing for women my age is gatekept pretty hard here in the US. I’m one of the few of my friend group of other women in their 50s who can even get blood tests without like a huge fight with their doctor.
congrats on growing into new bras! i have new bras arriving today actually too. i ordered just a tad bigger than my current size and i’m hopeful i’ll grow into em!
