You got the conversion wrong lol I definitely don't have 20 Ng/ml it converts to 0.20 Ng/ml so less than 1ng/ml, for a healthy young woman adrenals make around this amount. Plus my endo who is the top of the top in my country says they are great and low as they always have been, I will also add that I asked about doing progesterone rectally for my 200mg twice daily and he said there's no point as he hasn't seen any big difference in levels with oral intake versus rectally with his patients but to each their own.

Anyways off that topic it doesn't matter because as you've said you are a natal woman it's totally different hrt wise and what's important to me is that my testosterone is miniscule for someone as young as me being post op and it only being made in the micro amounts the adrenals make as is it's actually on the cusp of being under what a normal natal womans levels of testosterone is, you may very well have some adrenal fatigue or something if your natal woman adrenals aren't producing any hormones whatsoever, but this is totally normal at your age so dw! I'm only young so everythings working normally 
My mum has also gone through menopause like you but she chooses not to do hrt because her moods, and symptoms are all pretty manageable and I think her levels are in the higher norm for a woman who's gone through change of life.
