It’s the beginning of my second cycle on herbs, so I thought I’d update. I don’t want to take measurements yet though. So far it looks like my period stopped after only 3 days, which has never happened before in my entire life. I’m not too concerned about it, since I think menstrual disturbances are almost unavoidable on PM if you’re not also on birth control. 

I also switched to a larger cup size around 2 weeks ago. I went from small to medium. I’m not sure if I should have. I definitely wasn’t filling the cup, but my nipple was reaching beyond the end of the ruler on the side. I’ve always heard it’s best not to wait until you’re filling the dome. Now that I’m wearing the larger cups, I can’t handle the same pressure I could before. The same pressure on the gauge feels much more intense when there’s more air space in the dome. 

James, if you’re still reading this, do you know why that is? And is it better to use the smaller domes at a higher pressure, or the bigger domes at a lower pressure? You’re this forums vacuum physics guy.

It's all about the area on your chest. The larger size is larger diameter so the force will be higher with the same pressure. However that doesn't mean you can expect the same results at lower pressure. Look into padding to make it more comfortable.
