For your additional two hours on the smaller breast, do you just clamp the tubing to the larger breast and keep the whole thing on, or do you have a different setup? Yep, I have clamps for both hoses that go to each Evebra dome hose. That's the only way I can get them on and positioned in the right place. I just push them in to create a mini-suction with the clamps engaged then turn on the pump and slide the clamps open. They stay dangling on the hoses just above the t-connector the entire time I pump.
When it's time to stop pumping on the one breast, I engage the clamps on both hoses then remove the end tube from the pump and disengage the clamp on one side until all the air is out. Then I put the clamp back on (to prevent suction on that side), reconnect the end tube to the pump, and disengage the clamp on the other dome hose to restart the suctioning.
Takes about a minute.
