Hi all,

I am looking to start PM as well as reishi possibly for it's anti-test benefits.

What's a good dosage for both assuming both are well sourced (PM will be purafem), I'm not sure about rishi yet.

Please can you let me know, as well as any other things I should look to take, or replacements for reishi? Thanks all.
