I am getting the exact same thing, they are painful, aching and really heavy too! Similar to what I experience when my period is due, but worse. I'm not getting any tingling though (which seems to be one of the first signs for people) and was wondering if anyone had seen an increase in size without the tingling but with aching boobs. I've only been on the herbs a month, so maybe it's a bit soon to tell.
