I wanted to touch on something, I'm a big believer in "don't change what doesn't need fixing" and as my current program has been working so well I wasn't going to, but I was curious as to what new research Lotus has come out with and also ofcourse wanted to see how she's going with her illness(God bless her for staying strong and still helping others even whilst she's struggling) so I checked nexum as even though it's not a place I like to dwell she does mostly post there these days, I was reading up on her topical protocol (both older posts from last year and recent) which seems to be working great for everyone who's applying it, some of her topical protocol includes things like E2 gel/cream, progesterone cream, DHEA etc which even though I know for certain works for others I personally won't touch DHEA due to its possibility of being converted into testosterone not just estrogen, and for now atleast I don't feel a estrogen/progesterone gel/cream would be beneficial for me personally as I've already got very high levels and am very stable mood wise at my current levels/herbs/supps etc, on-top of which I'm using a herbal infused oil for massage which has been working for me, I however noticed that another of the topicals is a Vitamin D3 capsule spread over both areolas/breasts, from what I could understand this is pro NBE because D3 not only stimulates igf-1(which we have igf-1 receptors in our breasts) but also supports E2 so in applying this topically you are stimulating those receptors, anyways I've already been doing one of her many parts of the protocol since the beginning of my current program which is applying red clover tincture to each areola nightly (I also personally apply alil on the top of my less fuller breast too) which has worked great for me, but the past couple nights I've also been applying a 5000IU D3 capsule over both areolas/nipples after the RC application like she states and OMG I have had constant aching/jabbing in my breasts/areolas since doing it each night, I've also noticed my bras are fitting much tighter! This is definitely something I will continue as I do know that Lotus is extremely knowledgeable on all this stuff, so I figured even though I won't be using her full topical protocol I could mix in a few pieces of it into my current program to see. Basically everything in my current program is going to be the same except now I'm doing my regular 15 minute massage with my herbal EO massage oil I make up, then later at night applying 5 drops of my 1:1 ratio red clover tincture on each of my nipples/areolas(plus alil on top of my less full boob) and then topping them off with a 5000IU D3 capsule which for me takes about 15 or so minutes to absorb fully after rubbing it in alil, Lotus prefers/suggests to use D3 that is suspended in olive oil, however mine are suspended in safflower oil/glycerin and it appears to be working well so far for me.I wish she would come back over here to the women's side as I'm sure we would all love her input, but I'm just glad she's staying strong with everything regardless, miss talking to her. Anywho, it's been dead quiet here of late but I will still post when I have a new update as hopefully one day it could help someone. Happy growing everyone
