Alil update! Today I am measuring a tiny bit over 42 inches at my bust(still measuring the same at underbust) my areolas have been very swollen and painful, and my breasts have had shooting pains on and off? Plus some slight itchiness, one of my AU/UK 10/32GG(US32J) bras is now lifting off my chest at the gore rather than sitting firmly against my sternum bone as it should be, which I have attached a pic of, also if you remember back when I was a UK 32G/30GG(am now a UK32GG/30H) I had a strapless bra that obviously now doesn't fit but I was pushing through wearing it as it was only for under certain strapless tops/one shoulder tops that cover the chest anyways so didn't care about the pancaking/squishing, well I decided to try that on today too just to see and oh my goodness I'm spilling out of it even more than I was and as usual the gore is very much floating away from my chest(in pic attached)
I've been doing my usual program as Ive been doing in full for a few months now plus the added on 5000IU D3 capsule spread over both areolas/nipples/breasts as per 1 part of many parts of Lotus topical program(the only part I will currently be doing personally) so I will attach my program in full again for anyone following so you can get an up to date version.
Here is my program in full again: 
Morning: 
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule
1x 5000IU Vitamin D3 capsule

Midday:
2x 1500mg Fish oil (healthy fats)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg Fennel(estrogen and prolactin)
1x 300mg dong quai extract(equivalent to 3000mg material)
50 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
1x Sustained Release PABA 1000mg

Afternoon:
1x 200mg Bio Identical Progesterone capsule

Night(typically before bed):
1x 1500mg Fish oil(healthy fats)
1x MSM 1500mg (started on 2nd January)
4x 300mg Hops(estrogen)
3x 600mg fennel(estrogen and prolactin)
75 drops Red Clover tincture(estrogen and progesterone)
Apply 5 drops red clover tincture on each nipple/areola massage in
After RC apply 1x 5000IU D3 capsule over both areolas/nipples/breasts(started this on 14th January)


15 - 20 min massage with DIY herbal/EO infused oil once a day or night prior to the application of RC and D3

Drink a tea of Dong Quai and Red Date(Jujube) most nights(sometimes only every second night) absolutely love this tea it's incredibly sedating in a good way!

As Ive said in prior posts since being on Dong Quai my moods(hormonal wise) have been incredibly stable I now rarely get super hormonally emotional/irritable, if I am it's simply my depression/diagnosed mental health stuff which is a seperate feeling.
I also think it's only fair to let people know again as I have prior that I am on strong 200mg compounded bio identical estrogen pellet implants that I get implanted in my abdomen around once a year which already brings my levels quite high as stated in a previous post and this is unlike any other form of hrt as it's a constant slow release into the bloodstream throughout rather than peaks you get via pills, injections etc I am also on some anxiety medication that I have been on for a very long time which some of those do have breast enlargement(whether you are a natal woman or not) listed as a side effect due to somewhat impacting hormones, some of these include mirtazipine, Lexapro etc just wanted to add this as it's only fair, I will however say that for the many many years I've been on these mental health meds I never noticed any growth as extreme/quick as my actual NBE programs so far so take that with it.
