I have successfully finished my second round/12-week session!!! 
It's nice to sleep on my back again but I actually woke with back pain this morning. I guess it's been so long my body has to acclimate to it again. Regardless, I'm happy not to be stuck with these huge, heavy domes hanging on me.
It's been 24 hours since my last pumping and so far my breasts look more even. They'll never look exactly the same as the nipples aren't in the exact same position (one points a little more downward than the other) but the size is almost an exact match.
I'll have a reminder set for exactly one month to check again and see if it maintains the evenness.
Eventually, I had to switch to a 10/14 schedule to prevent the bigger breast from overtaking the smaller one; that is 10 hours on the larger side and 14 hours on the smaller side at 20 pressure.
Measurements after 24 hours are:
27.75 Underbust (so it got 1 inch bigger; that happened with round 1 but the swelling went away after a month or so)
34.25 Leaning breast measurement (again it's about 1 inch bigger - not sure if it will stay since I did 3 months instead of 4. I still think the 4th month wasn't necessary - I guess I'll find out in a while.)
111-112 lbs (pretty much the same I was before) I haven't noticed any weight gain except with my breasts.
Height, of course, is the same 5'2"
Overall, the pics I took show I have more fullness but not as much as the first round. This time, I remained at 20 mmHg rather going higher or using the intermittent setting. I got good consistent swelling, but not the massive swelling I had last time where my breasts looked really misshapen and gross (to me). Of course, the goal was not size so I expected to remain at the same bra size.
I didn't get any rashes or blisters except for small ones near the edge of the dome on the right side of my torso. Can't see them from the front or when I wear a bra. I expect them to fade away like the others. Not sure why they showed there when they didn't the first time. I placed a silicone gel sheet on the side once I noticed it kept happening. Not enough lubricant?
Not sure if I'll post pics or not. It would have been more impressive if I took some before I started either round.
