You might want to repost this in the personal programs section as that's where it belongs, not many people check this section as it's simply to introduce yourself rather than your program. I would also say to switch out saw palmetto for something like white peony or spearmint if you are using it for anti androgen/Aromatase boosting as saw palmetto tends to simply block DHT rather than testosterone as a whole and also has anti estrogenic properties, massaging with flaxseed oil can definitely work for some as it did for me way back, but it can also act anti estrogenic in some so keep an eye out for that.   welcome and congrats on setting out such a structured program!
