No updates currently, I'm ngl I have been keeping up with my whole program as usual but I've honestly been eating like absolute sh*t this week as everything is everywhere since Im moving in exactly 7 days, I plan to get back into cooking at home as I'm feeling quite sluggish, thankfully no change in my underbust measurement but I definitely feel for me atleast ordering takeout almost daily takes a toll on my body as I feel "heavy" and bloated and just kinda...ugh? Lol   which is causing a whole ordeal with my body image and mood. Anyways I plan on going back to just 5 drops of my 1:1 red clover alcohol tincture per areola/nipple and 2 drops on the top of my less fuller bust, as whilst the slightly more fuller side is not actually noticeable I do see it in bras alil and I feel applying the tincture all over both breasts might possibly be dissolving any remnants of my oil from massage even if it's hours after, also the breast slapping technique I was doing prior to massage that I did alil trial of, I will be ceasing as I havnt noticed much of a increase of swelling or penetration of my oil from it. So same program as I just posted just that small change with the tincture topically and no breast slapping.
I honestly cannot wait to be in this brand new built home that we have bought I've even bought all new beautiful furniture black and gold, I'm taking it as a fresh start a new beginning to really work on my headspace and my life. Also for those who have been following my random lil dating updates now and then lmao I've been completely ignoring any and every match tbh because right now is just absolutely not the time to date with moving and my current headspace being that I just don't care to right now, I feel the dating scene has become so grossly moulded into a place where everyone just wants to sleep around or be in open relationships, whereas I'm very traditional and believe in actually being dated, romanced and also believe in marriage(I'm not getting any younger) I hope whoever reads this is doing well with their program, I'm always here to exchange friendly msgs or even help if I can in any way seeing as I've been doing NBE for so many years so don't feel shy to shoot a PM even if it's just to discuss random things or talk I know sometimes life can be alil lonely for some of us.   Thanks again for reading my ramblings lmao
