Still measuring 42.5 inches at bust(nipple level) with measuring tape pulled tight, no change to underbust
My areolas have been incredibly swollen and having pains and aches and very veiny too.
I wanted to touch on something aswell!
Whilst all my programs over the years have had great results for me, I am also on medications for my mental health, 2 of which being mirtazipine and clonidine(catapres) both of which enhance growth hormone whether directly or indirectly and also haloperidol can significantly increase IGF-1! Catapres is known to be a "potent acute stimulator of growth hormone releasing hormone-mediated pituitary GH release." It effectively "increases growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) secretion and inhibits somatostatin" similarly to how Arginine stimulates GH release by inhibiting somatostatin release.
Mirtazipine lowers cortisol(stress hormone) and lowering cortisol can enhance the bodies response to growth hormone.
I am also taking MSM albeit in a mild dose of 1.5grams or 1500mg which also enhances growth hormone signalling, to which I take it at night before bed(when growth hormone is released the most)
I definitely believe a good supplement for enhancing growth hormone is crucial especially if you are over the age of 25(even moreso as you get higher up in age and hgh production decreases) because breast growth isn't JUST about estrogen and progesterone, it involves things like hgh, estrogen, progesterone, a little prolactin, and ofcourse healthy fat.
So I definitely believe my medication has helped boost my program even if it already is a well thought out program as is. Just something to touch on! On another note I wanted to start taking melatonin for a sleep boost however after much research it is too risky for me to take being on SSRI's as they already increase serotonin and so does melatonin, too high serotonin is incredibly dangerous as it can leave you with a condition called serotonin syndrome, so thought I would touch on that too as I know ALOT of people are on SSRI's even in low doses considering they are a class of antidepressants that are one of the most common, so if anyone reading this is on them, definitely be wary or skip entirely melatonin(sad I know but we can't have everything lol)
