I've had a decent growth spurt again! I am currently a 32H as we know however some of my new 32H bras are very tight and one even has my slightly fuller bust(left side) spilling under the gore! also if you remember when I was a 32GG/30H and I was wearing the 30H bra below, well here's a comparison in the same bra from back in December last year and today! I'm spilling out, packed to the brim and getting some serious uniboob lol   so that bra will be going too and gotten in a 30HH! I also did an underboob kind of shot in the bra to show the spillage. My programs have always worked for me over all these years and for that I'm very grateful as I've always highly researched things prior even after being told things by others because as I've proven time and time again just because one person claims something with scientific backing doesn't mean it will work for you or won't work for you.
