So I havnt been 100% with my program as of late due to a family crisis/tragedy, I help care for my Oma who has dementia, I have always been her favourite granddaughter or as she says her "special girl", she had a bad fall and has been in hospital just having surgery today on her broken hip, this woman is so incredibly strong in every way she has loved me unconditionally all my life just like my parents so it's been a very tough time. I am trying to keep on-top of my program again starting today though, I also have completely quit smoking cold turkey, it was time, I had given up many years ago when I was with my ex and decided it was time to do it again now for good with absolutely no vices/help(no nicotine replacements or the like) I'm doing this for myself and my family as it's a dreadful habit that does nothing good, I am a great saver when I try to be so I know this will be a great thing for me both monetarily and health wise   just thought I'd chime in with this update as it's a big one for me.

I'll light a candle for Oma, she sounds like an amazing woman. I lake that you are her special girl. You are indeed. Thanks for taking care of her too. I took care of my mom in her last few years. She had all her stuff together till the end. But it was a lot of time to tend to her needs. Your a good grand daughter.

Also you have made a very good decision quitting smoking. The best trick I learned was to change your daily routine. Most people get in a pattern. wake up make coffee have a smoke. hop in the car and light up etc. If you change things up you will find it easier to break the habit.
