Unfortunately I've gotten very sick from visiting my Oma in the hospital daily(someone in the ward must be sick)
I've been coughing my lungs up and have been very sick in the tummy not being able to keep much food in, I originally put all this down to the common "quitters flu" that happens when you quit smoking/cut out nicotine cold turkey but this is something else, despite this I'm having lil to no cravings for cigarettes and I am so glad to be rid of the gross stuff, I will be drinking lots of Longan tea for boosting my immune system and I am still going to continue my program even whilst sick.
Also I wanted to touch on everything I take and all the ingredients in my oil and what each thing is good for NBE wise as I've actually never truly explained in detail each ingredients/herbs/supplements benefits.
First I will touch on the things I take internally, please read through to see the benefits of each:
Morning:
• 1x 200mg Bio Identical lab compounded Progesterone capsule(this is a given what this does lol)
•1x 5000IU Vitamin D3 capsule - high doses of D3(5000IU or higher) helps increase your free E2 whilst also promoting IGF-1 and being generally good for overall immune function
Midday:
•2x 1500mg Fish oil - healthy fats/fatty acids help with the need for good fats for breasts as breasts are mostly comprised of fat plus glandular tissue, fish oil also helps hormone balance
•4x 300mg Hops - great source of both prolactin and estrogen, targets estrogen receptors alpha(the receptor in charge of breast growth)
•3x 600mg Fennel daily - good source of prolactin and mild source of estrogen, may influence IGF-1, nutrient rich!
•1x 300mg dong quai extract with vital oils added back in(equivalent to 3000mg material) - hormone/mood balancing and improves breast gland function, this has been one of the most life changing herbs I've ever tried ever since a week into taking this my emotional outbursts have almost completely ceased and I am feeling a more content type of feeling daily
•50 drops Red Clover tincture - Highly estrogenic, targets estrogen receptors alpha, inhibits 5-alpha reductase(ie decreases the conversion of testosterone to DHT so may be beneficial for you however I have no testosterone), activates estrogen receptors alpha and beta receptors, induces progesterone, feminises fat
•1x Sustained Release PABA 1000mg - decreases breakdown of estrogen in the body so you have more free estrogen in body ie helps retain what is taken NBE wise rather than discarding it
•1x DHC pig placenta capsule(40fold concentrated) - progesterone, estrogen and growth like factor rich!
Afternoon:

Night:
•2x 1500mg Fish oil
•4x 300mg Hops
•3x 600mg fennel
•75 drops Red Clover tincture
•1x 1500mg MSM tablet(increases HGH signalling, collagen, and blood circulation)
•1x DHC pig placenta capsule(40fold concentrated both equalling 9600mg all up in one day)
Now I will touch on my own DIY herbal/EO oil infusion I use for massage and each ingredients benefits:
•10x fenugreek capsules (10,000mg) - prolactin boosting, fat plumping, adaptogen, contains diosgenin which has been found to stimulate the release of growth hormone in the pituitary in rats, and is a very commonly used NBE herb with success for many, using only topically because internally increases not only estrogen but testosterone too(this may be beneficial for you)
•10x hops capsules(3000mg) - already explained earlier in this post
•5x fennel capsules(3000mg) - already explained earlier in this post
•Half teaspoon pure wild yam powder from qualified herbalist/naturopath - supports DHEA, mildly estrogenic effect, etc
•6 drops tea tree EO - studies have shown it to be estrogenic and anti androgenic causing breast growth in prepubescent boys, calming, increases blood flow when applied topically
•6 drops lavender EO - studies have found the same with lavender oil as with tea tree, calms skin, moisturises, inhaling has been shown to increase blood flow rate, high in active compound linalool which helps to calm the nervous system aiding in overall wellbeing, (I personally have made the switch from regular lavender EO to French Lavender due to its higher compound composition due to being grown in a higher altitude which also makes it smell much stronger than regular Lavender)
•4 drops patchouli EO - hormone balancing, mild aphrodisiac, circulation boosting
•4 drops fennel EO - already explained earlier in this post, however CPTG essential oils(not the cheap nasty filler filled brands) are extremely potent compared to intake of the raw or dried herbs hence only 4 drops)
•9 drops Geranium EO - contains natural compound Geraniol which exhibits estrogenic activity(particularly in those with low estrogen), boosts circulation just beneath skin and surrounding tissues, has anti anxiolytic effects(decreases stress)
•5 drops Clary Sage EO - the number one female endocrine essential oil/herb helps with many endocrine problems and PMS symptoms by balancing hormones whilst having an incredibly gorgeous scent and a linalool composition almost the same as lavender
•4 drops peppermint EO - circulation boosting(you will notice your skin is flushed red/pink), anti androgenic
•4 drops cinnamon EO - circulation boosting same as peppermint, warming, along with other benefits
•8 drops Jasmine Absolute - extremely great for hormone balancing, boosts feel good hormones such as serotonin, known as "natures anti depressant", anti anxiolytic effects.
Filled to brim with equal parts almond oil and sunflower oil - sweet almond oil contains fatty acids which help plump your skin/tissue when massaged in, great moisturiser, sunflower oil also contains fatty acids, both non estrogenic.
Shake daily and leave in dark place for 2 to 3 weeks to infuse
All in a 100ml Amber Glass bottle which helps keep your oil fresher for longer than in non amber glass bottles.
Massaging each day/night with this oil usually for 20mins(15 minimum) and then applying 5 drops RC 1:1 tincture per areola/nipple atleast an hour after, once oil is fully absorbed, also applying 2 drops of the tincture on top part of less fuller side
Hopefully all this information can help! Majority of this is from my own research/reading studies whilst some is from the treasure trove of information on breast nexus from the past and present.
I wish I could see my Oma today because Im beyond proud of her progress already, she is such a determined woman, but I cannot risk my Oma catching whatever this is and then hindering her progress, so I will stay in at home and keep up on fluids and Longan tea.
