Depending on how close to your mom and how comfortable you are talking to her about the boob issue, there's a lot you can say 
You can tell her straight out that its for growing bigger boobs. Or you can just tell her that you had some once and lately you've been craving some more because you realized that you love them? Haha 
I think you're supposed to use it to make broth, anyway, so it's not like you'll really be eating them unless you want to. I heard the broth from the chicken feet tastes like regular chicken broth.
