Hi,
I am new here, but I was reading for some months these topics here.
I am using perfect curves(pills and gel) for almost 3 months now, I felt the swelling in my breasts after 1 month of using it, but nothing else (I am wearing the size 1 here in italy)... still have other 3 months to do. Yesterday I bought the fenugreek capsules, so will be using them together with perfect curves. I do not take caffeine, do not smoke or drink, I try to drink much water that I don't like much, I do excersises (not always though because of lack of time). I will search for fenugreek seeds too, or flour, I read it helps to increase the muscles
