Hi I am new to this forum but have been reading other posts for some time. I have found this very helpful. I have been using Brava for 5 weeks now and reasonably happy with progress. My problem is that am running out of no sting wipes. I try to connect with the brava website to order more but it (the website)seems to have vanished. I live in Australia and so our Brava distributor is in NZealand. This seems a bit strange. Could someone tell me if they are still operating in NZ and also if it is necessary to use the wipes before placing on the domes. many thanks

Hi, Vee,
I don't know anything about Brava in New Zealand, but I order the No-Sting prep wipes from Amazon.com and they are much cheaper. I doubt you have to use the wipes, but they do form a protective barrier for the skin and I also think they help the domes to stick. I, myself, have not tried using the domes without them because I am afraid my skin might get a rash or torn or some such thing. I did make a mistake and order the regular skin prep wipes once, and they were not nearly as protective or smooth in application. They smelled just like rubbing alcohol. It has been my experience that Brava charges and arm and a leg for their products. I also have quit using the antiseptic dome cleaner and simply rinse the domes in warm water after use, wash the silicone rims with basic baby shampoo, rinse again and set them to dry.
Here is the US site. I haven't looked to see about shipping to New Zealand

Hi Vee
When I was using Brava, I ordered my skinprep wipes from here, you might want to check if their prices are still competitive:
http://stores.ebay.com.au/USA-Healthcare-Solutions
I couldn't find anywhere in Oz that sells them. I tried alternative methods but this was the best for me. After 1 year of using brava I had no growth but at least I didn't have any scars.
Also you may find that customs will open the pack before you receive them.
