Hi.. I am thinking about buying a brava machine, but I have a few questions before I do.. Hope someone will answer me.. Do everyone get results, and do the breasts just get larger or do they also get a lift? Do they get any harder/fastner, or do they start to "hang" a little as they get bigger? -Mie

I have to go to work in 10 mins so will answer more fully when I get back.
Doesn't seem to work for everyone but most people going beyond 15-20 weeks seem more satisfied (I didn't retain much until week 16). You need to put in a lot of hours for it to be worth it but once you get past the initial uncomfortable stage you kind of forget about it. It's difficult if you go to work and like to socialise - you couldn't wear domes in public easily.
From myself I'd say the shape is similar but bigger, heavier and more full. More meat on the bottom and out side of the breast than the top, but a bra does give some cleavage and they're not saggy (I've not had kids though).

I would agree with all of Louise's comments. Shape pretty much same, just more filled out from about nipple area down. Fuller on top in a bra. Did not get any sagging. I'm 42 and have had two children and breastfed. Happy with my "less deflated" look.

Ok...sorry I left at that...kinda forgot
I've got an overhang now which I never had before because they're bigger. They say that when you see what you want in the evenings you need a few more weeks to make it permanent, if this is this case I'm laughing, I fill a 32C better now than I filled the 32B before and in a tight dress it's actually the boob bit that I have trouble fitting. I'm not done yet so don't know how much will be permanent but I take herbs as well and have added a lot of protein to my diet, also drinking more water and taking omega oils. Brava don't recommend losing more than 7 lbs but I've lost 15 lbs (and had lost 14 lbs and 1 cupsize before I started) boobs are bigger now than when I was fat! If I get to keep what I see after 12 hours it will be a miracle, not exactly implants but about as much as the silicone bra fillers and I intend to do the same for another 6 months next winter so hopefully if I don't lose weight with that one I'll get the D. It doesn't work for everyone but if you think you can put the hours in give it a try - I only bought it to prove to myself it couldn't work before I considered the injectable boob jobs and it really is amazing. I can also fill the domes in about an hour now whereas I couldn't fill them in up to 16 hours the first 6 weeks...it's slow going but it's worth it. I think the reason some people are satisfied and others not is that say it's only possible to gain 100cc - on a small frame that'll be a whole cupsize but on a large frame it'll hardly notice.
